Just made a payment from my Barclays account using their card reader to log in.
Very complicated process, I could see it frightening some. It took 45 seconds to log in.
To be honest, I had my bank card to hand and the card reader in the desk drawer. My mobile phone takes ages to start and even with wifi calling, getting a text message takes about five minutes. Similar time if I use the bank app.
