Warning about Property 118 / Cotswold Barristers

Many residential landlords may have been tempted by the schemes offered by this lot.

The old adage that if something appears too good to be true it probably is would seem highly relevant, so I'd strongly recommend reading this before entering into any such schemes:

What isn't immediatlely obvious from the linked article is that the author, "Dan", is in fact Dan Neidle (who I believe runs Tax Policy Associates). DN is one of the UK's top tax specialists with a number of 'scalps' under his belt.
