SIPP withdrawal UFPLS charges

I'm pondering a small-ish withdrawal from my AJBell SIPP to use up some tax allowances
Going through the box ticking there is this warning-
'Do you understand that if you withdraw money from your SIPP to invest elsewhere, you’ll have to pay charges when re-investing it?'

Can you explain what this means?
I assume if I put it into a 'holding account' paying interest I'll not be persued by HMRC for charges.....
I'm guessing they mean recycling it into another SIPP

Do they just mean that there may be Stanp Duty and broker commission on any reinvestment?

I just tried to make it 'a bit' larger but the text size seemed to jump massively

Dunno? That's fairly obvious to most people surely?

If you're not sure why not just ring them and ask?

much too time consuming (although AJ Bell have been pretty responsive thus far to be fair to them)

I think it is just a statutory warning as Interactive Investor says the same or similar.

It is stating the bleeding obvious to some extent, but most warnings do!
