Energy Supplies discount

Good afternoon,
As some of you may know I have recently got heavily involved with my local angling club to try and turn around its fortunes. We are currently with EDF for our energy, but they are refusing to give us the business discount claiming they are still waiting on advice from the government.
Anyone else with EDF having this issue?
