The Lemon Fool

Could someone please please please give me a good alternative to First direct. I find them to be tiring, unhelpful and totally useless. I have had 2 complaints in 6 months and I've given up hope on them after 20 years. However, I randomly looked at ratings on trustpilot for a few banks and most have like a 85% 1 star! Firstdirect has 60% 5 stars. So are all these banks really worse than firstdirect? If so, God help us!
