Seen that a lot when filtering for "UK sellers only", if you look at the seller info (I think bottom of the listing) and it usually gives the location as China.

It's very annoying. As is the fact that some foreign sellers are subsidised by Royal Mail.

I generally look at the sender's address when buying on eBay but one can't always identify the sneaky b@stards.

I get this ALL the time from RM about items ordered from businesses INSIDE the UK.

I can only surmise its a glitch in their internal systems that treat the expected arrival at a depot as for the end address.

Cos when i get the first "arrival" email it always ties up subsequently with when it gets to a sorting office (MDC? summat like that). Its the subsequent delivery time email that is for my actual delivery, a day or so later, that "counts"
