Minor update to Rules - Warnings

Under section "5. Sanctions", the italicised blue words below have been added to one of the paragraphs.
In other words, please remember to read your PMs (Private Messages). They are located on the right hand side, immediately under the blue banner at the top, in between notifications and your profile name. If it reads "Private messages [0]" then you have no new messages to read. Any other number tells you how many unread messages you have. Also if you are in the habit of checking your PMs but not opening any with an unpleasant subject like "Warning", the fact you choose not have read it will make no difference to any actions we may take.

Users who break the rules above may receive a formal warning. Continued transgression may lead to a 14 or 30 day suspension or to a complete ban. Where possible we will follow such a staged process, but we do reserve the right to immediately ban a user with no warning. Any warning will be communicated to the user by PM, and will be deemed as having been read 24 hours after being sent.
