If one looks at the list of threads in this board it's clear that a lot of them are about site issues rather than improvement suggestions and should belong in Room 102 - Site Issues, Complaints & General Chat instead.
Possibly this is because this board appears very close to the top in the Home listing, so, my constructive suggestion is to move Room 102 - Site Issues, Complaints & General Chat up into the "About the Site", either directly above or directly below this one, and also put a more useful description on it (I doubt anyone cares what it was formally known as any more...)
Maybe also do the same with Room 101 - Escalation to Admin (... and maybe drop the Room 10n from both....)
