For tax reasons I'd like to open an account that pays its interest next tax year (24/25) - for example on the anniversary of account opening, or on May 1st, or whatever. For fixed term accounts that's easy but how about easy access accounts or notice accounts? Any suggestions?

Shawbrook, for example, allow you to choose between monthly or annual interest. The annual version is paid on the anniversary.
