Barclays Bank Login Broken?

I'm trying to log into a Barclays bank account using a Pin Sentry card reader and an authentication card issued to me as a power of attorney for my mother.
The process fails at the screen asking "Which Account do you want to manage?"
There is no response, wherever I click on the screen!
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
Might it be something to do with the changes in authentication rules today?

I don't normally login using a card for mother's account + pinsentry. I usually login to my Barclays account (linked to mothers with POA) using mobile pinsentry (app), or my card for my account +pinsentry. Both currently working W10 + Chrome.

Apologies I can't match your exact scenario.

I have occasional browser issues logging in with Opera, always ok with Chrome.

Sometimes the "which account do you want to manage" screen takes an age to appear. So what seems like "no response" is a "slow response". Being patient (put the kettle on and go back) or logging in 10 minutes later sorts it. No idea why it happens, and I know that's not really accceptable, but trying to explain it to someone in some far-flung call centre or reproduce it or get a sensible answer just wastes my time.

First thing to try: delete the cookies from that browser, or try another browser.
