It says one bedroom but I'd convert those alcoves into bedrooms, for standing sleepers just like standing desks.

Then it will be worth much more and also LBGTQ interest but I think a more neutral tone might attract more buyers.

I suspect its for cyclists unless you have some yellow paint remover

Yeah, me too, a long time ago, although back then I think we would have called that Brompton rather than Chelsea, being much closer to Fulham Road than the Kings Road. Then again estate agents have a habit of playing fast and loose with neighbourhood names if they think they can get away with it.

In my time in the area, Sydney Street was definitely called Chelsea and If I remember correctly there was a good Thai restaurant there. Anyway the structure is in a good location!

And I suppose you could always jump on the local bandwagon and build a 4 storey basement to make it worth £10m! ;)

And yet the address of Brompton Hospital is Sydney Street, south of Fulham Road.

That said some might argue that Brompton is posher than Chelsea anyway. More old money and class than nouveau riche and bratty.

It was fun 45 years ago either way!
