Land Registry timing

#598349

Postby UnclePhilip » June 27th, 2023, 4:56 pm

Not sure if this is correct board, but will link to it from legal board.

I am being told that Land Registry are taking 3-4 months to have amendments to registered titles (such as proprietorship register) confirmed.

Is anyone with recent experience able to comment on if this is so, please?

Thanks....

I think the Scottish one may be even slower with first voluntary registrations- I have been waiting over a year for one of ours.

We have recently been through making a land registry title change following the passing of our father and it took around 4 1/2 months from submitting the paperwork to receiving updated title documentation.
