Well,Stompa, the URL has this:

The firm's variable tariff (it was originally known as 'Zapp' or 'Wham', then rebranded in November as 'Pow' and from now on will be known as 'Blast')

Bet the users are going 'Damn' as well as 'Blast' and probably other words that the moderators wouldn't like

Don't use, get you in with cheap price then continually increase, customer service bad

I've been with them for over 1 year now. No real problems. It took a litle while to get them to agree that my monthly charge was a bit more than it should have been but they ended up giving me a refund of a couple of hundred pounds and amending my monthly direct debit to a lower figure.

Current deal expires next month and I've opted to go for their replacement fixed price deal for another year. They are the cheapest.

I guess if they go out of business it will be a bit of a hassle but, as I understand it, my electricity won't be cut off and I'll simply move over to another supplier.

yes, they do increase quite often/regularly

But then i pump all my figures into a comparison site and guess what?>

I can only assume everybody else is ripping people off even more.

whatever...
