Added
British Telecom - BT.A (FTSE100)
I have removed the FTSE All Share and AIM Lists as they were not being updated and to remove any confusion.
This list is being maintained as a start point, if you want more detail you will need to do your own research. The link to any announcement is provided as a starting point. As stated before, only FTSE100 and FTSE250 shares are being further updated, so no need to notify us about smaller companies.
Number in brackets on percentage of cutters is the percentage of versus the number of shares that paid a dividend before this all started. Not a big adjustment for FTSE100 as I believe 98 paid a dividend, but for the FTSE250 only 225 paid a dividend prior to the Covid-19 outbreak.
List of shares in alphabetical order, split by market, links where known (There may be some errors in this list, so do your own research).
FTSE 100 [40 Shares = 40% (40.8%)]
FTSE 250 [83 Shares = 33.2% (36.9%)]

Please consider adding Admiral as well. A cancellation/suspension of a regular special dividend is a cut in my book. It certainly has the same effect as any other cut.

I’m not so sure about that. Putting them in that list implies there’s no dividend at all, which might baffle some. As you and I both know, it’s just the special that’s gone. What do others herabouts think on this one? It’s Darka’s baby so maybe he should make the decision either way?

Ian,
PayPoint have been included in the list already, and they’ve only suspended their ‘additional’ (aka special) dividends.
The PayPoint statement made clear that a decision on the ordinary dividend would be made later (and probably quite soon now).
That would imply that Admiral should be on the list.

Ian,
I agree with you both
Maybe it should go on the list, but we can add "Cancelled Special" in brackets, especially as it does seem to be a regular payment?
Wizard or I will update the list later, having to work at the moment!

Admiral - ADM (FTSE100)
I have added Admiral and indicated it is Special Only that has changed, hopefully that keeps both camps happy. I believe that was also the case for Paypoint and Morrisons which were on the list already, so I have added that wording for them as well. If others were also just changes to regular Specials please mention in the comments so the list can be annotated to reflect that. I think it would be wrong to include shares like Rio Tinto where a genuine one-off Special attached to a specific event was paid last year but is not being repeated.

Antofagasta PLC (FTSE100)
Imperial Brands (FTSE100)
FTSE 100 [43 Shares = 43% (43.9%)]
FTSE 250 [85 Shares = 34.0% (37.8%)]
