Do not know much about Kier, not one that has been on my Radar , but 2,3,4 look fine. Just topped-up BT and MKS was going to be as well, but found I had more money than I thought and brought a "new" sector instead.
Would avoid WPP until the dust settles. IMO.

The only negatives I see are that profits and free cash flow appear to have been a bit thin in recent years.

Not a FTSE100, I usually set a market cap of £1000M and Kier is a shade below £997M. Forecast yield is high and cover also passes my filter >1.5 as does a good long term dividend growth history except a small swerve in 2015 when they also consolidated 5 for 7 rights issue.
I like BT at these levels but I have more than enough.
