They don't look like huge volumes though... I'd expect Conn to be buying a lot more than that if he really believes... ;)

They wouldn't be, as according to the link they were acquired...
...through the reinvestment of the Company's 2018 interim dividend of 3.60 pence per share paid on 22 November 2018...
