I wonder if this is going ahead - any news ?

"Direct Line Insurance Group PLC is plotting an offer for Legal & General Group PLC's general insurance business, Sky News said Wednesday.
The division was put up for sale several weeks ago, Sky News added, and a bid would cost Direct Line approximately GBP400 million."
