My HYP shares...

#206732

Postby Gadgeisbackagain » March 9th, 2019, 7:01 pm

Hi All

Just reading the requests for Dod to post his HYP shares and thought "what a good idea. I should do that" so here they are...

Glaxo
BP
Legal & Gen
Direct Line (hy when special divs included)

I held Vodafone for a while but gladly sold it for a more racey venture. Regretfuily sold RDSB recently for same.

I hold quite a few of FGT's top 10...

These include:
Diageo,
Unilever,
RELX,
Hargreaves Lansdowne
LSE
Burberry.

Whitbread and Reckitt held as personal choices.

Plus Easyjet for reasons previously stated here.

All above pay, mostly growing, divs but but not exactly HY amounts.

Rest of the holdings not relevant here.

Also started buying individual American shares
Not sure if these qualify as HYP even if they pay out enough?

Nope. UK only on HYP Practical, I'm afraid.

Hi Gadge,

Not heard from you for a while, glad you are back.

Strict rules of engagement on this board I am afraid (No foreign shares, no IT's), so probably best to post on the HY strategies board.

Would be interested on how your global HY IT portfolio is going (I seem to remember a lot of posts on this a few years back).
