BHP Group Plc Divi Due Today?

#293804

Postby SuperCally » March 24th, 2020, 7:28 pm

Today’s expected divi from BHP has not yet appeared in my ISA account with HL. Has anyone received this?

They haven’t - have they?...

Thanks all. At least they “haven’t” then. Phew!

9th March was the currency conversion date btw.

That explains the dates then, thank you - I'm sure it'll appear in our HL accounts tomorrow.

And thankfully, they didn't.

I think it's sensible to be on more than 1 platform!

Interesting that different platforms perform, well, differently. ;)

My BHP Group dividend was paid into my Halifax account yesterday.

With regards to monabri's comment above, of it being sensible to have more than one platform, Halifax are my only one. I don't intend complicating things by having more than one.

Ian.

Just spoke with HL. ''short staffed, $ -£ transfers', should be sorted today, failing that to be tomorrow''.

Hi Ian P -

I don't intend complicating things by having more than one.

Well, my HYP is spread over four accounts - self/wife via two brokers.

I'd rather cope with the minor inconvenience of multiple accounts than burst through the maximum statutory compensation limits.

If we get any sort of stock market recovery, I will be looking at a third broker for the 2021/22 tax year. At the moment, that's not an issue...
