Thanks. Yes I am sorry I missed Rio first time but corrected the omission later.

The Pru's yield is 3.61% atm. Whether that's high yield going forward is debatable.

Dod101 wrote:Now that the list of cancelled/suspended and reduced dividends has reached no fewer than 40 shares I thought it might be helpful to see what the other 60 are in terms of HYP candidates.
I will list only those of the 60 shares which usually get a mention on this Board.
I do not think Admiral has appeared on the list of cutters but they ought to because the Special has become part of the expected dividend.
Anglo American
AstraZeneca
BHP
BP
BAT
Diageo
Glaxo
Imperial Brands (for now)
Legal & General
National Grid
Pennon
Phoenix
Reckitt Beckiser
Schroders
Segro
SSE
SLA
Tesco
Unilever
United Utilities
Vodafone
These 21 shares are what are often/sometimes discussed on the HYP Board. I cannot say for certain that they all qualify as HYP shares for now, but it leaves quite a small universe from which to pick the constituents of a HYP. The tobaccos, miners, life companies, some utilities, a couple of fund managers, big pharma, consumer goods and one supermarket plus one slightly dodgy phone company and one REIT.

Is this list still valid? I've spotted Imperial Brands and (I think) Pennon are off this list.
Are there any others that have confirmed?

Re: Maintained/increased dividends
Rio should have been included and I think maybe Prudential. The doubt is because the yield is modest.
Imperial and now Pennon should be removed as they are both cutters, although for reasons nothing to do with Coronavirus. I think the others are still OK for now anyway.

Has Legal and General paid its dividend today? Nothing showing in my IWeb account so far.

Yes, I just got mine (AJ Bell / YouInvest) so you should see yours soon !
I am browsing this thread in the hope that I can find something appealing to spend it on...

Not in my iWeb account yet but others have received it. I note ULVR is not showing yet neither ( both are 4th June pay day).

My div from LGEN is of a similar amount Lorna. It hasnt appeared yet in my account held with Halifax. When it is paid it will be retained in the cash element of my isa then added to other divs received this month, and then be invested in SSE on 22 Jun.

Yes, I do follow that, thanks, but it doesn't include all companies I own as many of them are too small.

Well it shouldn't include all/many of yours (such as those on AIM?) as both this topic and the other are clearly on High Yield Portfolios (HYP) - Practical.
