The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc has today declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 April to 30 June 2020 of 1.5625 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 28 August 2020 to shareholders on the register on 14 August 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 13 August 2020.

An interesting property holding which plays into the internet/home delivery revolution. However, it looks as though dividends will be down this year if they have four equal dividends again. The yield will be about 4% in that case.
