AZN are a mainstay in my HYP, and I guess, that of many HYPers hereabouts. TBH, I wouldn't buy them as a newbie holding now, as the yield isn't that attractive imho. I'm happy to continue holding AZN though, although I've been buying more GSK recently.
On first glance of this AZN announcement, it all appears disappointing news imho.
