Re: Bellway (BWY)
I've owned Bellway for a few years. It seems to keep going up in price and pays a fair dividend, so it's become part of what I call my "no watch" list, meaning that I don't pay it much attention. I like shares like that.
It's been a good choice for a HY portfolio that's designed to be a little different from the usual suspect large-cap names.

Re: Bellway (BWY)
Cyclical housebuilder.
Cut the dividend in 2009 (didn't everyone?!?). Since come roaring back. Would be interesting to go and read the board's dividend policy. I expect it might be feast and,.... umm.... jam-butties. I think because the dividend has accelerated so fast in recent years the yield has been playing catch up. The reliable (ahem) DigitalLook indicates yields of 2.2%, 3.4%, 3.2% and 5.2% from 2013-2016. Latest trailing yield is 4.1% and forecast for 2017 4.2%, but that's on a possibly modest broker concensus forecast rise in the dividend.
