Tritax Big Box - Dividend Declaration.

The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 of 1.75 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 1 June 2023 to shareholders on the register on 12 May 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 11 May 2023.

I make that 4.4% up on the same time, previous year. Not good, not bad 8-)

I doubt we will see many inflation proofing dividends come through, so we shouldn't "over expect" - however, it is an interesting experimentally period for income investors. See also Luni's B7 review viewtopic.php?f=54&t=38886 for a different take on income investing as regards his comments on income increases.

Agreed Arb, thanks for your input. Despite that, I do intend topping up my BBOX holdings soon, but other better options have been on offer lately instead.

No worries Malcolm. I’ve been topping up my LGEN and MNG holdings recently. I prefer topping up higher yielding shares first, then make my way down to my lower yielders next, unless a new high yielder comes along instead.
