FY 2022 guidance maintained:
o Revenue growth of 2% to 4% at constant currency
o Mid-single figure adjusted diluted EPS growth at constant currency
o Applying current foreign exchange rates1 we would expect a translation tailwind of 2% on adjusted diluted EPS growth for H1 2022 and 5% for FY 2022
o FY operating cash conversion in excess of 90% of adjusted profit from operations
