Royal Mail Half Year
http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exch ... 37825.html
"Group financial performance
• Revenue was up one per cent on an underlying basis, with good growth in GLS offsetting the decline in UKPIL revenue.
• Adjusted operating profit before transformation costs was £320 million.
• Adjusted operating profit margin after transformation costs increased by 40 basis points.
• In-year trading cash flow increased to £116 million, reflecting more efficient investment spend.
• In line with our stated interim dividend policy, the Board has declared a dividend of 7.4 pence per share for the half year ended 25 September 2016."
SP down nearly 2% this morning.
Terry.

Up only 0.4p from the last. ie 7.4p from 7p.
Hardly a rapid rise. They form 3.2% of my HYP whole. RMG SP down 7$ as I type, but not so sure I'd top up. I think there are better opportunities elsewhere. A hold for me currently.

That's about 5.7%, wonder how many people are seeing their earned income up 5.7% at the moment?

Finished the day 36p (7.2%) lower. Hasn't been at this sort of level since March.

I increased my holding on 01/04/16 and I felt rather smug until the end of June. I was considering my position last month ('would I buy this now?') but decided that I was being swayed by the 'temporary' share price fall.
Hmmmm.

b]Hi Ian

Right now my Halifax Is a is set up to top up my BT.a holdings on 22 Nov 16. I will let that happen as I have full holdings of the usual high yielding suspects . I mentioned that I was looking at British land for a top up in Dec. I'll have a look nearer the time in Dec.
Regards,
Ian
