"Barratt Developments PLC said Thursday it has entered an equal joint venture with Swindon Borough Council to build 2,670 new homes over the next 20 years in a scheme that also will include three schools."

"The council will contribute the land and existing infrastructure, and Barratt will fund new infrastructure and some affordable housing."

I would have thought Mr Mkt would have responded better than +0.5%.
