Paul Griffiths, Predator's CEO, said:

"In the coming month, emphasis will be placed on injecting CO2 into the AT-4 Block at Inniss-Trinity at the calculated rate to re-pressurise the reservoir to gradually increase potential oil flow rates to their maximum potential. We are very confident that our CO2 EOR strategy is working and has the potential to generate positive cash flow at very low oil prices due to the favourable commercial terms we have negotiated and our attention to cost-cutting. Opportunities for further expansion of the CO2 EOR potential onshore Trinidad are being actively progressed.

We remain "drill-ready" onshore Morocco and await the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions to progress further the drilling programme. Until that time we are working to find a low cost, fast-track solution for early monetisation of a successful gas discovery. Being "drill-ready" and with a clear, costed path to early monetisation provides us with potential to introduce partners capable of funding the initial development phase to capture part of an attractive indigenous gas market.

In Ireland we are advancing our new business development strategy to focus on offshore LNG regasification by leveraging our relevant experience and expertise. We have made faster than anticipated progress with our preferred LNG supplier and owner of regasification vessels and have begun the process of engaging with the Irish regulatory authorities. A further update will be issued in due course.

The Company is currently well-capitalised to withstand the COVID-19 emergency and to pursue its business growth potential, which now also includes looking at opportunities to lever ourselves into distressed assets where we can add value. This robust position through the COVID-19 emergency could never have been achieved without the addition of the Guercif opportunity, the investment case for which drove the Company's recent placing. The investment case remains absolutely solid and is the reason why we continue to remain "drill-ready" in Morocco. The Guercif opportunity could only have been acquired by the Company taking out a Convertible Loan at the time the opportunity became available and before the Rharb Basin drilling programme was successfully completed by another operator and competition for Guercif crystallised. On such difficult business decisions success or failure rests when once in a generation events like COVID-19 strike. The Company is very well positioned and looking forward to continuing to develop and monetise its potential over the next 12 months."

Good news, that the CLN cleared out.

https://www.investegate.co.uk/predator- ... 46069521M/

In effect those who got the placing shares at 4p a few months ago, now got some at 2p and so their average is now 3p in effect, in simple terms.

All cleared out now, simple going forward, no more loan note conversions.

RABAT (Reuters) - Morocco is to extend its national lockdown to contain the spread of the new coronavirus until June 10, Prime Minister Saad Dine El Otmani said on Monday.Morocco had confirmed 6,930 coronavirus cases, including 192 deaths, by Monday morning, as the rise of hotspots within families and factories complicates efforts to curb infections.

Bit of a move up yesterday,

Hard to comprehend the market cap is still only 6m at 3p share price.

Most small explorers without funds to work with have market caps of around 20m. Here we have PRD with a Trinidad EOR operation that makes money down at 20$ WTI, an Ireland project in process of farm out and fully funded for the big Morocco gas drill which is ready to drill when lockdown ends........and the market cap is just 6m.

I am hoping this anomaly will not last long and we will see a 20m market cap into the Moroccan gas well spud.

When you read this :

You can then appreciate what Paul has said for PRD in regards to the recent RNS on Ireland........ Paul says Offshore, Paul says No Fracked Gas....... he is offering the ideal solution for all parties to get behind.

The iron is becoming hot, the time to strike is now.

..........New Ireland project

Meanwhile, across the Irish Sea, a new FSRU project has emerged, with its developer stressing it would not depend on the import of fracked US shale gas -- a major point of contention for two other projects under consideration in Ireland because of environmental concerns.

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings -- best known for its upstream work in Morocco, Ireland and Trinidad -- intends to apply for an Irish LNG import license following the execution of confidentiality agreements with a global supplier of LNG and an owner of LNG regasification vessels.

A new subsidiary company, Predator LNG Ireland, is being formed to move forward with the contracting of an FSRU with a send-out gas capacity suitable both for the peak demand market in Ireland and for long-term security and diversity of energy supply.

"The FSRU solution will facilitate the import of LNG using gas feedstock from a transparent origin that is not dependent on fracking operations related to shale gas exploitation," Predator said.

Two other LNG projects ........................................

All good, and some additional upside potential now found in the proposed well, cannot complain, the more potential targets the more chance of success.

It strikes me that during the lockdown and as the management has had the opportunity to consider all options for Guercif they have looked at every possible scenario for marketing any gas that they might find. Although the first choice would be using the Maghreb pipeline, only 8 km away and a discovery using this route would indeed be a game changer.

It’s very unusual for a CEO of a company to back a project with such a high equity level in the Company, this should be noted, It is also very unusual for a CEO to have a strong geoscience background combined with commercial understanding and a track record in the area. It looks like being a very exciting time for PRD in Morocco in the next few months............
