Which tax year?
If I make a withdrawal from my SIPP drawdown account this tax year but it doesn't reach my bank account till 28th of April which tax year would it sit in?

I'd think it would be the tax year in force when the SIPP provider processes it through their payroll system. Which would usually (for my provider anyway) be a small number of days before you receive it.
