Pension transfer to Prudential

I am being advised (trusted adviser) to move a QROPS to Prudential in the UK. However, having looked at Trust Pilot and TrustNet I am not convinced that this is a good idea. A lot of very negative comments made about customer service. Royal London was considered, but would not accept a QROPS transfer.
Does anyone have any views on Prudential or on any other pension companies? The only one I have seen with agood score is NFU Mutual, but will they accept a transfer and my being advised by a third party?
