Trying to get funds moved into flexi access drawdown with Vanguard with a 25% tax free element - had to schedule a call to initiate - they then send a key information summary document. You need to check the investments and tax free component carefully, to ensure it complies with your wishes, as that will be the basis of their second call to confirm. If it's not, you've got to start again! Seems an incredibly complicated onerous process compared to that of ii.
