NEST Charges
A friend was asking about the charges for joining the auto-enrolment NEST scheme. They say the charges are 0.3% but I cannot find any info to clarify whether this includes the costs of all the underlying funds. I suspect these will be in addition to the 0.3% but can anyone confirm whether this is the case.

We use this at my work, although I'm not a member, but my understanding is that the 0.3% is the only annual charge - so it includes costs for the underlying funds. There's also the 1.8% upfront, but overall still cheap.
