LLP Paperwork

Hi,
My daughter runs a small LLP offering performing arts classes to youngsters in S London. I do the books and we use sites like this if anything more complicated arises. She is admitting a new partner so I know that necessitates a deed of adherence with the new partner, signed by all the partners. At the same time the existing partners are having their percentages reduced to accommodate the newcomer. What do I need to prepare and presumably get signed to achieve these reductions. thanks
