Re the dodgy shed on the thread linked to above, I am considering a 'not fit for purpose' claim against the company that sold it.Thhis is the company that owns the website from where the shed was purchased.

I'd like to have some understanding of the legal position, e.g. is it then up to the vendor to prove something is fit for purpose? How might they do this?

Much obliged.
