Printing Power of Attorney

#157261

Postby gadjet » August 5th, 2018, 10:32 am

I am beginning to help my OH make a POW and intend to print off the forms rather than do the online version, due to his sight problems.
I assume I should print using both sides of the paper, to show there is nothing missing ??
Thanks

Sue

The pages of the downloadable form are numbered so (provided you include them all) there's no need to print double-sided AFAIK.

All the ones I've ever prepared or seen have been printed on both sides.

I printed ours on both sides recently, but only so I cold save on paper.

I can;t see it beign an issue - the pages are numbered as already mentioned.

If the worst coems to the worst and they get rejected just stick the pages together appropriately!

Sue - we've just filled in paper forms for our LPAs (me and mrs didds) for both health and ,medical. It isn't tricky , more a case of getting your ducks in a row. Its easiest (IMO) to get all parties concerned if possible around a table together for an hour or so while pieces of paper get handed round for signing. Don;t use family members as witnesses though they can be backup "attornies" (for want of a different word!).

Then you'll get a letter confirming their lodging. Then (we are told) a wait of four weeks before they come "permanent" etc.

Good luck.
