Finding out about current cases

How would I be able to find out if there might be cases that might be coming to court in the near future.

There is currently an issue with fire doors as a result of the Grenfell fire which means some suppliers have had to withdraw fire certification for doors where thousands will have been installed around the country. As I suspect there will be a big argument about who pays to solve the problem I'd be surprised if someone isn't already rustling papers and getting ready for a fight. That's the info that would be really useful.
