Hi folks,
My previous post was perhaps too long which maybe dissuaded people from reading it. ( https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13875 )
This is a bit easier on t he eye, can anyone help?
- Is there any legislation similar to the Sale of Goods Act that would apply to new builds?

Thanks for the suggestion, but....
Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but it looks like this relates to the contact between the person selling the house and the builder(s)/contractors that he has employed? Therefore the vendor would have to be the one pursuing the contractor?
What I was hoping was that there is an avenue we can take to force the vendor to fulfil their obligations, which may push the vendor to put pressure on his contractors.
Regards
Elkay
