Small Claims Online Service

I'm just posting this for information.

I used the online moneyclaim service. I submitted a claim on 1st April, duly paid my £25 fee. Having not heard anything I logged in today and the system tells me that my 'draft claim' is complete and just needs submitting!!

I called the helpline, queued for 25 minutes and was told I needed to send an email. I have done that, no acknowledgement sent in response.

Gov.uk says on the website that it is a beta service. I would recommend avoiding it if my experience is any guide.
