but as solicitors always keen for extracting every last bit I thought I would ask here as I am sure I not the first in situation.
in a divorce situation...all cash aspects etc have been discussed and amicably agreed which end up with a payment being made
an agreed sufficient and fair payment
the house ownership will need to be changed from wifes name into my name........the 'so called' value OF this was 100% included in other calculations
is the dreaded STAMP DUTY applicable as in theory I already own a share even if not actually on the deeds
I am looking elsewhere to find answers to this, but usually lemonfool is one of my morning coffee routine stops...so here first!!
