Anyone know what fee applies for transferring my deceased Mothers House over to one of her Sons. The house is worth approximately £400,000.
I've completed forms AS1, AP1 and ID1 but the fee bit isn't clear. My best guess is £270.

I've some good news for you. Assuming the title is already registered the fee is a scale 2 fee, so that on a property worth between £200k and £500k the fee is £80.
