I think this has been around for a little while, and was deferred last year, but seems to be back on track again. I was reminded of it this while when I was chatting to my financial adviser last week about a couple of life insurance policies that I have that are written in trust and he said he was seeking clarification on whether they would need to register. If this is the case, this may affect a lot of people who have life insurance written in trust. However, I note the article says:
