Sirop de quoi?

Grenadine limonade was my pre-alcohol introduction to French cafe culture during 60s family holidays in Brittany.

In recent decades I've maintained a fairly steady supply of Grenadine as a gin mixer - OK, I have a sweet tooth - and seeking to replenish, I chance upon this eBay supplier who offers not only grenadine but a bewildering lexicon of flavourings.

Any mixology recommendations?
Do people really add all this to coffee??

Wot? No bacon flavouring?!? https://www.bocajava.com/coffee/flavored-coffees/bacon-coffee.html

Or, if you think bacon flavoured coffee is weird, how about the other way round? https://metro.co.uk/2021/04/24/aldi-launches-coffee-infused-bacon-14466266/

I don't really like my coffee sweetened, which knocks out all these syrups. For me, flavoured coffee doesn't really work, whereas flavoured tea does. Whittard sell a lovely orange blossom black tea for example.

Coffee itself is a strong flavour that complements other flavours (particularly sweet) nicely. Hence its prevalence in desserts.

Flavoured coffee drinks should really be viewed as a dessert that includes coffee, rather than as a coffee with something else. That way you can enjoy a continuum of coffee-desserts ranging from tiramisu to Irish Coffee ;)

I don't recollect ever encountering a coffee/syrup combination. If I have, it was probably on the sweet trolley at some restaurant - maybe adorning an ice cream or a trifle-style base.
