Where is the National Grid thread about the regulator capping their profits?

Hi Folks,
I'm pretty sure that a while ago someone started off a thread (IDK which board) and it was about an enquiry into National Grids (NG.) profits. And IIRC some later enquiry where it would be revealed whether or not profit (and hence divis) would be capped.
I can't find this thread anywhere now.
Firstly I apologise in advance if I just imagined the whole episode, that's entirely possible. However if I have not and this thread was created would someone please be able to send a link to it?
