Unstable period??

I generally log in at around 6:00a.m. my time (GMT +5.5) on a Saturday and recently, after reading a thread and turning to the next, I find I am logged out. Not a big thing of itself, but this morning it has happened 8 times and I am only on my first board. Please can the Gremlin herders fix this?
