The sensible limit seems to be about one cup (which appears to be about one 40g frozen brick), if you are eating spinach every day.

You can, of course, use kale (which is low in oxalates) rather than spinach. Here is a sample recipe:

You can also use oats (which can be converted to oat flour in a food processor) rather than wheat flour:

Currently, there does not appear to be a UK source for frozen kale, which should be cheaper than fresh.
