Lloyds buy MBNA

Im surprised at this, and disappointed. Lloyds are not really a good credit card compared to MBNA. I have both currently, and they both have very different offerings.

Will my cards get merged? will the MBNA offere dry up? They are one of the few that offer transfers to current accounts for example.

You made me realise that my Lloyds credit card still has the sticker on that we should peel off before using. Just shows how useless they've become.

I'm also about 7 quid in credit, so won't get rid of it just yet. Maybe next month :-).
