Soresight?
Poorsight?

To be fair, my spreadsheet is actually showing a healthy profit on my Foresight holdings overall: I've recouped my entire spend and a fair bit more. Though that's primarily the ever-bright solar, and the surprisingly-decent exit the Infrastructure shares gave us last year.

There's an RNS this morning saying that those of us who tendered shares will have the basic entitlement (5.5% of holding I think) + 56% of any extra shares tendered bought out at 64.125p

Link to the RNS is here.... I don't think I'm allowed to extract and post verbatim.

Your choice of names, UncleE is better than mine.

Foresight has some good solar assets - FSFL for example is one of the better green infrastructure shares. Do you know where the solar VCT assets went to?

kind regards - BBB

£12m new money raised in the current offer. Evidently someone believes in that brighter future!

Seems I now have that rump, valued at £919. So that's a forever-hold or else an outrageously-disproportionate dealing charge. Ho, hum, well, collect that 4p as long as it lasts.

Uncle E, I recently set up an AJBell YouInvest dealing account which seems to have very low charges and a 9.99 dealing cost. I have sold VCTs through it.

Occasionally they offer to sell small swatches of shares for a very low pricel. Mostly they manage to deal inside the spread as well. Cost is £9.95 per deal unless the last month you made ten or more trades in which case the charge is £4.95 per deal for the next month.

Payout for approx 60% came thru' this morning. Leaves me with £2000-worth to sell out in the market after the divi.

Much the same for me. Foresight are not intending to have another tender offer are they ? (or are all the disgruntled shareholders gone now).

I'm assuming no further tenders so time to get rid of the rest commission-free via HL's bed and ISA.
