In an email from Amati yesterday:-
"The Amati AIM VCT Over Allotment has now reached its fundraising target of £10m and is now closed to new applications."

That's good news but every time they close an offer they open a new one so expect one shortly

Amati's recent performance has been better than previously, which may well explain why this has filled faster than theirs' usually do.
