Downing Four Offers

I see that Hargreaves Landsdown have advertised new offers for Downing 4 VCT Generalist (20.3M) and Downing 4 VCT Health Care (10.2M). As one would expect, they are offering discounts - which makes the British Smaller Cos Offers ,where they are offering no discounts, stand out from the norm.

but what a complex discount offer it is:-
3.25% (until 28/12/2018,then reducing by 0.1% on a weekly basis until 02/03/2019 where it will then become 2.25%)
with new and existing shareholders being treated equally.

At least it appears better than Wealth Club who offer a 3% discount with no trail rebate and they say the deadline is 28 Dec 2018 for early bird saving.
