There are a number of unusual features here which maybe other VCTs should follow
A. Existing Shareholders have a pre-emption entitlement
B. There is no minimum subscription for existing shareholders
C Existing shareholders have until 18th Feb until outsiders are allowed to buy.
D. Only 1% charge for existing shareholders
E. A rather better KID than normal.

Very interesting. I'm impressed with the way they are treating existing shareholders and certainly think others should at least consider following.

I've always found Amati staff to be very helpful, whether it be in applications or responses from the fund managers, furthermore there AGM's tend to be more interesting than most.
I particularly like the pre emption rights afforded to existing shareholders, certainly managers such as Northern, who just expect to sell out anyway, show a distinct lack of service which Amati holders receive as a matter of courtesy.
